  • You agree not to copy, reproduce, re-sell, or extract any product or content sold by Silsilay By SS, with or without permission.

  • Prices for products are subject to change without prior notice. Silsilay By SS shall not be liable to you or any third party for modifications, price changes, or discontinuation of any service.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silsilay By SS, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claim, demand, or violation of law arising from your actions.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Silsilay By SS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, if a product reaches you damaged or defective due to our error, a full refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The product has a size issue, or

  • There is any valid concern regarding the received item.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Delivery Time
Within Pakistan: 2–4 weeks
International Orders: 2–4 weeks (varies by country)

Shipping Charges
Within Pakistan: Flat shipping rate (shown at checkout)
International: Charges vary based on destination and order weight

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available only within Pakistan.
COD is not available for international orders.

Shipping Notes

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Delays due to public holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will assist wherever possible.

Cancellation Policy
